The effect of ultrasonic vibration on the springback and surface property for ultrasonic-assisted incremental sheet forming aluminum alloy were discussed. A series experiments established to explore symmetrical in order facilitate analysis experimental results. It is obtained that application can reduce effect. waviness feature becomes weaker with continuous increase amplitude topography tends be smoother. In addition, hardness promote residual stress distribution more uniform. findings provide an basis further investigation mechanisms process.
